• Strong keep: It is one of the largest parks in Mandalay before demolished in 1990s. So WP:CRYSTALBALL does not apply in this case. This rather large park in a major city is notable. Plenty of WP:RS coverage available to establish notability. [1][2][3] --Phyo WP (message) 16:05, 30 May 2018 (UTC)

• Delete: No notability. This is just a city park that was torn down and supposedly rebuilt. It would be an indiscriminate collection of information to slide down the slippery slope of listing every city park in every city of the world because there is local writing about it.
